How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout for 2–3 business day delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the US. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use it to follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Sale items are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@curranto.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Absolutely! If you'd like a different size or color, just let us know in your return request and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
Product Care & Usage
Are your tumblers dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing to preserve the finish and insulation performance. The lids and accessories are top-rack dishwasher safe.
How long do your tumblers keep drinks hot or cold?
Our double-wall insulated tumblers keep drinks hot for up to 12 hours and cold for up to 24 hours.
Are your products BPA-free?
Yes, all of our products are made from food-grade, BPA-free stainless steel — safe for you and the planet.
Can I use my tumbler for carbonated drinks?
Yes, but we recommend leaving the lid slightly open when first pouring carbonated beverages to release any pressure buildup.
