Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. For hygiene reasons, used drinkware cannot be returned unless it is defective.

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
